Boss is Always Right

Some people may denied the myth of "Boss is Always Right". For who have never been in Top, it might be hearing ridiculous. Haha... Anyway, sometimes it makes sense since not every employee will be at Top. Only few best one will be there. One who ever have been at the position obviously would agree to the myth.

To make decision is the main job of the Top Leader. That's why company paid them highest of all in the company. At same time, making is the most difficult for there is great responsibility to new impact of the decision. Somehow the Leader faced with dilemma between to make accurate decision and to have quick decision, and all of the burdens will be on his shoulder by the end. Many management books confirmed this theory.
